I like to get up early… not. But it is a good thing. As soon as I get my self going it is great to be up early. And with some routines the day starts even better.
So what are the ingredients for a good start?
Stop using the snooze button! It is silly, it doesn’t make anything better but only worse. Get up as the alarm rings. Think of something nice and start moving. Do some stretches, pushups, jumping jacks, whatever.
Not only your body has to wake up. Start your brain! Write down some goals for the day. Read something inspiring or listen to a podcast.
Get some coffee! Is there anybody who doesn’t like coffee? It’s good. Get one! Oh, and eat something healthy. Fruits, eggs, yogurt, …
That’s basically it. Go out and breath the fresh air. No matter if the sun is shining or rain is pouring down. It’s the first day of the rest of your life! Enjoy it and make the best out of it.
